Inari hat dieses Jahr im März seinen Internationalen Champion mit Arbeitsprüfung vervollständigt. Die Urkunde von der FCI kam dann sehr schnell im Sommer. Anwartschaften für den nationalen Champion werden gesammelt.
Sein erstes vollständiges Jagdjahr hat er hervorragend gemeistert:
Er konnte seine ausgezeichnete Nasenleistung bei einigen Nachsuchen unter Beweis stellen.
 Mit seiner zuverlässigen Art jegliches - auch unbekanntes - Wild zu apportieren hat er nicht nur mich begeistert. Ob Gänse, Enten oder Blessen. Ob Regen, Schnee oder Nebel. Er hat jedes Stück aus dem Wasser oder Schilf geholt.
 Im Sommer ist Kettu zu uns gekommen. Inzwischen hat sie ihre erste Show - die jährliche Clubschau des DRC - souverän gemeistert. Bisher läßt ihre Entwicklung nur Gutes hoffen. Wir sind gespannt wie sie sich entwickelt und was das nächste Jahr bringen wird.

Combining business with the pleasure was a great idea. But the year 2010 wasn't my year - having plans. The clubshow in Kassel - a one woman show. Beside the fact that Matze turned out to be the perfect kennel boy! Coffee whenever and wherever!. Kettu had her first appearance at a show - in a crowded puppy class. As I expected she was pefrect! Unfortunately, the competitors didn't arrive. A lack due to the weather. We were alone in the class. For practice perfect. But competition is good for business. However, she got - beside her injuries - a very nice report.
 Inari was unmotivated and dull - being on a show in the middle of the duck hunting season IS a bad idea. A very good was all we achieved. The judge recognised "it is not his best day, isn't it". We were able to receiveour reports very early that day and travel to our next stop ... Through wind and snow, we went to Duisburg to the "Wildförsters". For Kettu a paradise of playmates - for the Inari the hell full of Flatcoated Retrieves licking his chaps. His favorite female Bina was fit enough to refer him to his place place (far away in the infantry!). Veto and Jette were - thank God, says Inari - distraced by the hamster. Who had the benefits is not clear until now.
 The week was spent with walking, shopping tours, food and culture in the care of new and old friendships. After a week full of lots of delicious food, good conversation and almost summer temperatures nearly everybody made his way on Saturday morning. Some towards Kassel, the other towards Switzerland.
In Kassel we had nice weather and NHA / IHA Kassel. Inari started in champion class and achieved a second place with a reserve CAC for the VDH-Champion behind the german Champion (VDH + DRC) Seawild's Taste of Truth. Inari - still without motivation - and my broken knee finished the weekend ahead of schedule. So we decided today to go home already on Saturday. In retrospect, it was certainly a good idea. Little traffic and a quick trip home despite the bad weather.
